Nick works directly with clients from concept to completion, striving at all times to meet the client’s project, schedule and budgetary needs. Nick emphasizes business on a personal level and attributes Pacific Builders’ success to the company’s willingness to take on bigger, more sophisticated projects.
TONY LUCCHESI

Tony manages Pacific Builders projects, working with the client, crew and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget and to the specifications outlined by the client. Tony realizes that meeting the client’s expectations is the minimum, and does whatever it takes to make the experience a success.
PAT REEVES
Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Pacific Builders Employee since 1993
Pat is Pacific Builders’ bookkeeper, handling accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll for the company. Pat insists that the client comes first and works hard to address questions, concerns and problems quickly and efficiently.
MARIANNE BITHELL
Project Management Assistant
Joined Pacific Builders in 2000
Marianne keeps projects moving behind the scenes, coordinating project documentation, subcontractors, change orders, and anything else that helps the project go smoothly. She also does resource management, policy develop and is project coordinator for many client and company projects.
CAROL ALCORN
Receptionist
Joined Pacific Builders in April 2004
Carol is the first point of contact for many Pacific Builders clients. Her first priority is ensuring that all clients have the information and support they need to feel comfortable with the building process. She treats every project and client, from a simple remodel to a multi-million dollar commercial project, with the same level of respect.
JERRY HNILO

Jerry coordinates efforts in the field, overseeing everything from underground to finish work, monitoring projects carefully to ensure that efforts meet high quality standards maintained by Pacific Builders. Jerry appreciates the many repeat Pacific Builders clients and knows this is a testament to the quality of the work, service and support provided by Pacific Builders.
CHRIS CARLOTTI
Job Superintendent / Project Manager
First joined Pacific Builders in 1994 and returned in 2005
Chris does “whatever needs to be done” to ensure a project gets off the ground and keeps moving toward completion. His experience in everything from estimating to finish work, including site work, paving, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry and equipment operation makes him uniquely qualified as a Pacific Builders project manager and job superintendent.

Pat is often Pacific Builders public face, working to build relationships within the community and identify ways to meet current and potential client’s construction needs. Pat also dedicates a significant amount of time to supporting and coordinating efforts towards community causes.
BOB CRITTENDEN

Bob holds several degrees and certificates relating to the construction field, including his own contractor’s license. in addition, he has over twenty years experience in the field, and teaches a course in estimating at the local junior college. Bob’s goal is to deliver a quality project on time and within budget. By maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness he finds that he is able to achieve that goal.
DARRALD MITCHELL

Mitch’s main goal is customer satisfaction and feels that customer service is a bigger part of his job than ‘hammering nails’. in the thirty-five years that he has been in the construction business, his years with Pacific Builders is the first time that he has felt as though he is working “with” as opposed to “for” his employer. Pacific Builders’ many satisfied repeat clients says it all, in Mitch’s opinion. He is pleased to now be working for clients that he worked for during his first year with the company.
