Pacific Builders is working with the Rural Community Housing Development in Ukiah to construct an 80- unit Senior Housing Project "Orr Creek Commons", consisting of 72 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units, including one for a manager. Sixteen of the units will be on a second floor. In addition to the residential units, project would include a 2,000 sf community building containing tenant laundry facilities, management office space, disability equipped bathrooms, kitchen and a meeting/recreation room.
