Pacific Builders completed this 2-story, 3-unit office for Helmut Remiorz in 2017. The footprint of the building was designed to provide maximum square footage, required accessibility and parking on the same lot. This finished product designed by architect Julian Berg, is not only a functional office space but visually appealing.
The interior of the building boasts a industrial feeling with a modern flair. The coloring and large storefront windows provide natural lighting with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Each unit contains an upper loft for more office or private space and iron spiral or wooden staircases.
A photovoltaic solar array system was installed on this building by Scurfield Solar. The photovoltaic converts the sun's radiation into usable electricity thereby allowing the building to sustain partially on renewable energy.
