Eureka Rescue Mission Addition

  • Eureka Rescue Mission, Phase 1

    Historical

The Eureka Rescue Mission Board of Directors selected Pacific Builders to assist them with the design, administrative challenges, and application to secure grant funding for a project to build a new common facility for day use, dining, intake, and recreation, and then remodel the men’s facility to provide more beds, better restrooms, etc. (Note: A remodel of the women’s facility is planned as a future project as well).

Pacific Builders helped the Rescue Mission Board of Directors select an architect (Philippe Lapotre) and provided preliminary budgeting based on conceptual designs.  We then helped them through the administrative actions required to complete grant applications and secure financing as well as meet detailed permit requirements and determine final costs.

Then Phase 1 was underway.  Phase 1 completed in January of 2017. There are ongoing additions and remodeling as funding is secured.  In fact, Phase 2 is in progress as of this month. (October 2018)

Pacific Builders recognizes that the company's role in the construction process is greater than to simply build projects. To be successful, we must also work to strengthen our community and build long-lasting working relationships.
