KFC
It has been a few years since Eureka had a KFC in town. Pacific Builders was hired to build the new KFC on Broadway.
Kopiej 4-Plex
Pacific Builders is currently in the process of building a 4-Plex for residential housing in Eureka, CA. This is a two-story complex with 2 rental units on each floor.
January 2019, the project is getting along nicely towards it's February finish!
Eureka Rescue Mission, Phase 2 & 3
Pacific Builders is back to work at the 110 year old Eureka Rescue Mission building. In January of 2017, we completed an addition to this facility which we call Phase 1; now we begin Phase 2 of this process.
For Phase 2, we are gutting and rehabilitating the men's facility which include's new restrooms/showers, plumbing, heating, electrical, fire sprinklers, a laundry facility and much more.
The bottom floor will be will be a dormitory and the upstairs will have the new bathroom and showering facilities.
Redwood Capital Bank
Pacific Builders was awarded the contract for the remodel of the long-empty former retal building at the corner of Henderson and F in Eureka for Redwood Capital Bank. This project gives RCB a presence in this neighborhood, as well as additional corporate ofices to add to their downtown location.
Tres Picosos Restaurant
In the mid-nineties Pacific Builders was the General Contractor hired to build the new Marie Calendar's on Broadway in Eureka.
Two decades the later, and the original business closed, we were asked to remodel the building that would becomes Tres Picosos Restaurant. It was stripped down on the inside; and was completely remodeled and the landscape refreshed.
Eureka Rescue Mission, Phase 1
The Eureka Rescue Mission Board of Directors selected Pacific Builders to assist them with the design, administrative challenges, and application to secure grant funding for a project to build a new common facility for day use, dining, intake, and recreation, and then remodel the men’s facility to provide more beds, better restrooms, etc. (Note: A remodel of the women’s facility is planned as a future project as well).
Carson Block
Pacific Builders was selected as the general contractor for the historic renovation and major seismic upgrade to the Carson Block Building in Old Town, Eureka.
Shamus
Shamus TBone was already a popular barbecue and grill restaurant, despite being rurally located on Highway 36, with a large percentage of their customers coming from the Eureka area. When they decided to relocate to larger quarters in Eureka, they chose Pacific Builders to build their new building.
Eureka Natural Foods, Eureka CA
Pacific Builders is proud to have been the builder selected for the long anticipated new Eureka Natural Foods Store in Eureka. Pacific Builders worked with the owner of Eureka Natural Foods and Architect Philippe Lapotre in planning the project, which allows Eureka’s primary source of organic food to offer a greatly expanded selection of food supplements, herbs and vitamins. The new store also offers an expanded deli and an espresso service.
Goodlive Remodel
The remodel project is comprised of an approximately 480 square foot addition and an exterior “makeover” of the existing house whick included new windows, siding, trim, and a new deck. The addition features a greatly expanded kitchen and laundry room with modern cabinets, granite tile counter tops, and an incorporated desk area that serves as home office space.
