Orr Creek Commons
Pacific Builders is working with the Rural Community Housing Development in Ukiah to construct an 80- unit Senior Housing Project "Orr Creek Commons", consisting of 72 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units, including one for a manager. Sixteen of the units will be on a second floor. In addition to the residential units, project would include a 2,000 sf community building containing tenant laundry facilities, management office space, disability equipped bathrooms, kitchen and a meeting/recreation room.
Henderson Village Apartments Refurbish
Pacific Builders was hired to complete exterior renovations on the Henderson Village Apartments. New paint, siding, and windows to match the previous completed buildings gave the site an updated facelift.
Hill Remodel Project
Aegis Treatment Center-Remodel
Pacific Builders was hired in 2019 to remodel an existing Eureka 1st Street building to host a Humboldt County location to for Aegis Treatment Centers. The facility is an outpatient treatment facility for opioid addiction.
The remodel consists of reception area, meeting rooms, clinical offices and staff offices.
