Best Western-Arcata
Pacific Builders was hired to remodel the lobby and buffet area of the Arcata Best Western Motel. The original lobby was gutted and new walls and framing were installed. There will be a new breakfast buffet area for guests and a new break room, storage area and a completely remodeled lobby/entrance.
This is the first of the local Best Westerns that will be getting lobby remodels.
Kopiej 4-Plex
Pacific Builders is currently in the process of building a 4-Plex for residential housing in Eureka, CA. This is a two-story complex with 2 rental units on each floor.
January 2019, the project is getting along nicely towards it's February finish!
Eureka Rescue Mission, Phase 2 & 3
Pacific Builders is back to work at the 110 year old Eureka Rescue Mission building. In January of 2017, we completed an addition to this facility which we call Phase 1; now we begin Phase 2 of this process.
For Phase 2, we are gutting and rehabilitating the men's facility which include's new restrooms/showers, plumbing, heating, electrical, fire sprinklers, a laundry facility and much more.
The bottom floor will be will be a dormitory and the upstairs will have the new bathroom and showering facilities.
Toni's Restaurant
Pacific Builders was hired to perform a major renovation and addition at Toni's Restaurant in Arcata, CA.
Toni's is a local iconic 24-hour restaurant location along Highway 101. They have been serving locals and those passing through Humboldt County for over 40 years!
There is new flooring, tiling, cabinets, wall paper, along with a brand new addition, restrooms and handicap parking area... with many other details. The restaurant got a huge update...but locals and passer byes, will still be able to enjoy the same amazing food and 24-hour service.
Redwood Capital Bank
Pacific Builders was awarded the contract for the remodel of the long-empty former retal building at the corner of Henderson and F in Eureka for Redwood Capital Bank. This project gives RCB a presence in this neighborhood, as well as additional corporate ofices to add to their downtown location.
Willow Terrace Apartments
Pacific Builders began work this year on the Willow Terrace Apartments project in Ukiah, CA. Developed by Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation (RCHDC); this 38-unit apartment complex including an administrative building, maintenance building and manager's quarters was designed to house the city's mentally ill adults who are homeless or are at risk of being homeless.

McDonald-Sander
When Steven McDonald and Clara Sander decided to create an upstairs addition to their home, Pacific Builders was chosen as the General Contractor.
We are now at the interior stage of the build.
It’s a work in progress and we can’t wait for the McDonald-Sanders to enjoy their extra living space.
Soong-Norris
Pacific Builders was selected as the General Contractor to build this tiny home from a kit. A mere 18’ x 32’; but, when completed will be a tiny dream house for its owners.
November 2018: We are hitting the home stretch. Structure is done. Now on to interior and site work.
